About the RoleAs Managing DVM, you will lead medically and operationally, guide standards, mentor associates, and shape practice future. Passion for surgery, dentistry, and team empowerment required.
What You’ll Have at Your Fingertips- Digital X-ray & dental radiography
- Therapeutic laser
- Full IDEXX in‑house lab suite (CBC, chem, UA, sediment)
- Electrosurgery (incoming)
- Suction + all essentials
- Deliver high‑quality, compassionate small‑animal care
- Perform surgeries and dental procedures confidently
- Interpret diagnostics and develop treatment plans
- Build strong client relationships and foster team culture
- Maintain thorough medical records and ensure compliance
- Lead with integrity and inspire a positive, team‑driven clinic environment
- DVM from an AVMA‑accredited institution
- Active Florida veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license eligibility
- Strong communicator with a kind, professional demeanor
- Team‑first leadership mentality
- Able to lift 25+ lbs (with help for the big floofs)
