• Oversee daily kitchen and dining room operations
• Actively participate in meal preparation and cooking
• Hire, train, lead and schedule culinary staff
• Ensure high standards for food quality, safety, and presentation
• Conduct inventory, purchasing, storing and preparation of food
• Establish and maintain procedures for sanitation standards
• Create nutritious, resident-focused menus
• Orders all supplies, maintains inventory control and budget

• Proven experience in food service management and cooking; preferably 1-2 years
• Background in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality a plus
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with front and back of house customer service
• Serv Safe Certified
