Overview

We are hiring immediately for full-time BARISTA positions at Navy Federal Credit Union, 1101 Navy Federal Way, Pensacola, FL 32526. Online applications are accepted only.

• Prepare espresso orders and beverages for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes.
• Enter orders into POS; handle cash and card payments.
• Replenish condiments, beverages, and general supplies; maintain cleanliness of the service area.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures; follow HACCP standards.
• Maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies, and utensils.
• Follow approved recipes and production standards for food preparation.
• Greet customers, ensure customer satisfaction, and relay concerns to supervisors as needed.
• Serve customers quickly and efficiently, supporting smooth service flow.
• Explain daily menu items accurately and assist in buying decisions when appropriate.
• Merchandise display foods attractively and maintain tidy presentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirement:
Previous barista and/or food service experience preferred.

Fixed Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour. Full-time schedule, Monday - Friday; hours may vary. Further details provided at interview.
