• Lead and manage day‑to‑day store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and outstanding service.
• Provide exceptional hospitality by greeting customers, listening to their needs, and ensuring clear communication about services.
• Manage phone inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and a customer‑first mindset.
• Build, train, and motivate a high‑performing team of employees.
• Drive sales and profitability by meeting performance goals and promoting services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shop environment.

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service leadership preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent service both face‑to‑face and over the phone.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with point‑of‑sale systems.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Base Pay Range: $45,000.00 – $71,550.00 annually.
