We’re on the search for a Seasonal Sales Associate that will help lead our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. As a Box Lunch Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a significant part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store in a visually appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return, showcasing your product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Cover the sales floor zone and ensure that assigned areas meet visual standards.
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote add-on sales using benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, & merchandising mix.
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry.
• Support store maintenance by organizing the stock room and keeping the store tidy.
• Work as a team to accomplish store goals, demonstrating strong communication skills.
• Perform any other activities assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience. Passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• You must be at least 16 years old to join the team.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.
