Important Position Details: Position is based out of Pensacola, Florida. Requires travel to stores in the Gulf Coast area within a two-hour drive as needed. Must be willing to relocate to one of these stores when a Store Manager position becomes available.

• Minimum of 2 years in Retail Sales Management
• Must take the initiative, be self-directed, and use time management
• Ability to process information quickly and efficiently
• Strong communication and effective leadership skills

• Fashion and style oriented
• Detailed with strong follow-up and follow-through skills
• Basic computer knowledge is required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail sales environment
• Mandatory weekends:
  Saturday and Sunday, plus all holidays
