Freight Flow Associate

Role: (USA) Freight Flow Associate at Sam's Club located 1250 Airport Blvd, Pensacola, FL.

Base pay range: $19.00/hr – $27.00/hr you may also qualify for performance bonuses, hourly premiums ($0.35–$3.00/hr) and benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Freight Flow Associates operate forklifts and handle merchandise to move, stock, and organize products, manage inventory, provide member service, and maintain a safe, orderly environment in line with company standards.

• Operate forklifts following company standards to safely pick, move, place, and position merchandise pallets.
• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise and supplies from distribution centers, manage inventory flow, and complete required paperwork.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, aiding with self‑service technology, and resolving member issues.
• Maintain facility safety through regular safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Maintain merchandising presentation: zone areas, stock and rotate merchandise, remove damaged goods, set up displays, and monitor security risks.
• Assist with club pick‑up orders, ensuring products are staged and audited for accuracy.
• Track goods, control shrinkage, and use inventory tools to maintain in‑stock levels.
• Proactively identify customers needing help with technology services and maintain equipment integrity.

• 90 days of experience operating forklifts with certification.
• Ability to safely use pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
