We’re looking for a Store Supervisor to join our team.
This is a full‑time, benefits‑eligible role that supports all aspects of store operations and ensures customers receive excellent service and quality. Our stores are open Monday through Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, closed on Sundays.
- Manage store operations as assigned by the Manager and assume all operational control in the Manager’s absence.
- Assist in hiring, training, and development of all associates; ensure expectations for each position are met.
- Work and train in all front‑ and back‑of‑house positions.
- Perform various administrative functions such as banking and scheduling.
- Coach associates using established processes and tools, including Huddles, Observation Checklists, and Ham Evaluations.
- Execute store opening/closing procedures and daily/weekly reports.
- Manage and monitor labor, adjusting staffing based on business demands.
- Monitor production and sales efficiencies, including wait times, yields, and product quality.
- Ensure proper sanitation procedures are followed and equipment is used correctly; monitor stocking and clean‑up duties.
- Maintain FIFO rotation of all product in FOH and BOH, including unproduced and produced hams and turkeys.
- Handle complaints, aiming for 100% customer satisfaction per Company policy.
- Participate in catering and gifting sales and fulfillment in all B2B and catering processes.
- Lead merchandising transitions from one promotion to another, ensuring proper holiday and non‑holiday set‑up.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- 2 years of restaurant or service‑industry experience (desirable); prior supervisory experience recommended.
- Understanding of production‑facility operations (equivalent to 1‑2 years’ work experience).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to assist with catering orders/deliveries.

Physical dexterity and mobility are required to perform the demands of this job, which may include working with a hot torch. Tasks include bending, stooping, standing for long periods, twisting, and lifting products and supplies up to 65 lbs.
