As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Curaleaf, offering expert product guidance, exceptional service, and a welcoming experience to every guest.

Customer Experience & Teamwork

• Greet guests warmly to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Build genuine connections, ask thoughtful questions, and offer personalized product advice.
• Resolve concerns professionally to keep customers satisfied.
• Encourage loyalty by signing guests up for rewards programs.
• Work closely with teammates to maintain a respectful, inclusive atmosphere.

Operations & Store Standards

• Help open and close the store, handle cash, and follow all procedures.
• Check IDs, update customer profiles, and process transactions accurately.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Support inventory tasks such as restocking, fulfilling online orders, and counting products.
• Consistently meet daily sales goals by upselling and sharing product knowledge.
• Highlight deals at checkout to boost satisfaction.
• Stay agile in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
• Take on extra duties as needed to support team and store success.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of customer‑facing or sales experience.
• At least 6 months of POS experience and accurate cash handling.
• Ability to thrive independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced, compliance‑driven environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new tools.
• Solid time management and organizational skills.
• Effective de‑escalation techniques and a calm, solution‑oriented approach.
• Basic math and computer proficiency for transactions and reporting.
• Positive mindset when resolving customer issues.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
• Initiative and a team‑first attitude.
• Strong rapport building and lasting customer relationships.

• Background in a sales role focused on KPIs and sales targets.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce systems and order fulfillment processes.
• Previous experience within a regulated retail setting.

Stand for extended periods, walk, talk, kneel, crouch, lift up to 25 lbs. Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Close vision required. Ability to work in confined spaces and high stress tolerance.
