Position DetailsProject Sales Consultants are part of the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This is a full-time position with 100% commission, W-2 employment, and benefits. Reps typically earn between $45K and $80K, with top performers earning over $90K annually. The role involves visiting the local sales office once a week; other days are spent attending pre-scheduled appointments from home. Territories cover approximately up to 2 hours around your zip code.
This is not door-to-door sales; customers have contacted Sears requesting estimates for our Home Improvement Products.
