• Develop prospects, connect with customers, and surpass sales objectives
• Complete property evaluations and provide precise, prompt estimates
• Establish lasting client partnerships through consultative sales methods
• Attain 40%+ sales conversion rate on company-provided leads
• Present persuasive sales demonstrations and actively pursue referrals
• Attend weekly development sessions and sales conferences

• Demonstrated sales background or strong motivation to succeed in sales
• Exceptional customer service and communication capabilities
• Self-directed, driven, and goal-oriented
• Superior analytical abilities and team-oriented approach
• Professional presentation and enthusiastic attitude
• Current driver's license with excellent driving history

Pre-Employment Requirements:
This position requires successful completion of pre-employment screening, including but not limited to: drug/alcohol testing, background verification, and motor vehicle record review. Income Potential: $50,000 - $150,000 annually (commission-based)
