As a Sales Associate, you will fulfill merchandising needs of grocery‑related customers by stocking shelves, building displays, and partnering with national retailers such as Walmart, Publix, and Target. You will represent world‑famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, Belvita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit, ensuring they are well stocked and prominently displayed.

• Conduct in‑store visits per Mondelēz’ visit method, covering teammates as needed.
• Order product via iPad Tablet for shelf and display to keep inventory in stock.
• Ensure leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, Belvita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz’ merchandising guidelines.
• Communicate with store managers regarding negotiations and report any issues to the Mondelēz management team.
• Follow the daily route plan prepared by the operations team to maximize in‑store service efficiency.
• Support seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Collaborate with Merchandisers to maintain fully stocked, rotated, and presentable inventory at all times.

• Minimum 18 years old with a valid REAL r’s license, U.S. passport, or federal  (required for military base service).
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to perform in a fast‑paced environment and meet physical demands such as repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
• Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location:
  Pensacola, FL, and be able to drive to secondary locations such as Pace, FL.
• Full schedule availability required.
• Mondelez International offers a company vehicle, including a gas card and vehicle maintenance program.

• Base salary range: $31,300 to $54,400, depending on experience, skills, education, and location.
• Eligible for a highly competitive bonus program with over achievement potential.
