Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer – Healthcare Patrol in Pensacola, FL
, you will serve and safeguard clients in the healthcare industry and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service.

- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and adhering to site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with problem‑solving skills, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and suspicious behavior.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas within the location to deter unauthorized access and security-related incidents.
- Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences in accordance with Allied Universal procedures and site requirements.
- Work collaboratively with site staff and emergency personnel as needed to support a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
- At least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Guard card or license preferred.
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Consideration of qualified applications with criminal histories in line with applicable laws.
- Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements subject to state and local laws and may be required prior to employment.
- Valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.
