Your Role:
Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for general maintenance, repairs, and specialty projects across our properties. You'll play a key role in ensuring our homes and units are safe, functional, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs

* Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems

* Execute carpentry tasks including painting and sheetrock repair

* Install flooring and assist with furniture and accessory setup

* Conduct light maintenance and groundskeeping duties

* Meet and exceed time-sensitive service standards

* Work safely and efficiently at all times

* Multitask in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

* Interact professionally and courteously with guests and team members

* Handle stressful situations with calm professionalism

* Make sound decisions independently

* Collaborate effectively with team members

* Maintain accurate records and communicate clearly with management

* Perform additional functions such as groundskeeping and light maintenance duties as assigned by management

What We're Looking For:

* At least 1 year of hands-on maintenance experience or relevant training

* High school diploma or GED preferred

* Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision

* Must have own tools, reliable vehicle, and smartphone

* Strong listening and communication skills

* A positive attitude and a commitment to quality service
