As a Maintenance Technician at Luxury Coastal Vacations, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our properties in top condition and ensuring every guest enjoys a great stay. You’ll handle a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general upkeep. This role requires someone who works safely and efficiently at all times, can multitask in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, and interacts professionally and courteously with guests and team members.

You’ll collaborate effectively with colleagues, work independently when needed, and take pride in delivering quality results. Your attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to excellence will help uphold the high standards our guests expect.

• Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
• Execute carpentry tasks including painting and sheetrock repair
• Install flooring and assist with furniture and accessory setup
• Conduct light maintenance and groundskeeping duties
• Meet and exceed time-sensitive service standards
• Handle stressful situations with calm professionalism
• Make sound decisions independently
• Maintain accurate records and communicate clearly with management
• Perform additional functions such as groundskeeping and light maintenance duties as assigned by management

• 1 year of hands-on maintenance experience or relevant training
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Must have own tools, reliable vehicle, and smartphone
• Strong listening and communication skills
• A positive attitude and a commitment to quality service

Hourly Rate: $17.00 - $21.00
