What Youll Do :

• Perform full vehicle inspections and road tests
• Document findings and communicate with Service Advisors
• Identify and recommend additional services
• Collaborate with Parts Department to source components
• Deliver high-quality repairs with a Fix It Right First Time mindset
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all safety and environmental regulations
• Take on additional duties based on your certifications and expertise

What Youll Bring:

• 1 - 2 years of Service Technician experience (Toyota experience preferred)
• ASE certification a plus
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Integrity, urgency, and attention to detail
• Basic math skills for maintenance scheduling
