• Review service requests and assign them to the appropriate employee for completion.
• Complete daily service requests.
• Review returned service request completion reports to ensure all assigned requests are completed satisfactorily and on time.
• Maintain an inventory of parts, materials and supplies, determining which items to stock and the appropriate amounts.
• Record work performed on resident service requests accurately and in detail.
• Certify that contractors have completed work before payment is issued.
• Perform maintenance and repairs in areas of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, painting and other building repairs.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Embrace and execute the company vision, mission, and beliefs.
• Be punctual and present at work as scheduled.
• Be flexible with work schedule, including availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective communication with residents, prospects, employees, peers, vendors, and owners.
• Computer software experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and One Site.
• Basic understanding of Federal, State and local Fair Housing laws.

• HVAC certification.
• CPO certification.

• At least 2 years of general maintenance experience.
• Previous property management experience is preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Constant sitting, walking, climbing, and reaching.
• Regular lifting and carrying of up to 80 pounds and, with assistance, up to 200 pounds.
