- Assist in fire, water, and mold damage cleanup and restoration.
- Operate extraction, drying, and cleaning equipment.
- Perform carpet and upholstery cleaning.
- Tear-out and removal of damaged materials (drywall, flooring, etc.).
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and deliver top-quality service.
- Communicate effectively with team leaders and clients.
- Respond to emergency calls... opportunity to earn extra pay! (Some after-hours work may be required).
- $15-$20/hour starting base pay
, based on experience. - Opportunities for additional compensation and advancement into leadership, project management, or specialized technician roles.
- Additional compensation also available for on-call and after-hours work.
- Honest, reliable, and team-oriented individuals.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift and move 50-75 lbs regularly.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends/nights.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- No felony convictions.
- Restoration experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate!
