Our client is currently seeking a qualified Level 2 Field Technician to join their team in Pensacola, FL. This role requires a valid license, a clean MVR, and reliable transportation.

• A+ certification preferred
• Apple experience preferred
• OEM Warranty support preferred
• Dell experience
• Breakfix troubleshooting experience
• Experience providing white glove customer service
• Great attention to detail
• Strong time management skills
• Service Now experience is a plus
• Valid license, clean MVR, and reliable transportation are required

The hourly rate for this position is between $18.75 - $27.50 per hour
. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
