PAY: $25-$35 per hour (depending on experience). If you do not have any heating and air conditioning experience, we are also willing to train the right candidate for $20 per hour!

Work Schedule: You will work full-time, Monday through Friday,
from 7 AM to 5 PM
, with the possibility of overtime. Technicians start their day by coming to the office, which operates from 8 AM to 5 PM, and then dispatch to various job sites, providing structure and coordination. Availability for weekend and on-call shifts is required.

Your Day: As one of our HVAC Service Technicians, you start your day by coming to the office and then dispatching directly to job sites across Pensacola. Your tasks include installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems and components, diagnosing system issues, and performing routine maintenance and inspections. With excellent customer service skills, you interact with customers, ensuring their heating and air conditioning systems operate smoothly and efficiently while adhering to industry standards and safety regulations.

You are the face of our company, and you always represent our heating and air conditioning business with the highest professionalism!

• High school diploma or equivalent
• HVAC certification or relevant technical training
• Experienced HVAC technician with electrical experience

• 3+ years of experience as an HVAC technician (willing to train the right candidate with no experience)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and maintenance practices
