Service Technician

Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician for a full-time, on-site position at our Pensacola, FL location. The Service Technician will perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, and conduct inspections to ensure vehicle safety and efficiency. Responsibilities include effectively communicating issues and solutions to customers and collaborating with team members to deliver excellent service. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality are essential for success in this role.

• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair to perform vehicle services and mechanical repairs effectively
• Strong Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve mechanical issues
• Experience in Field Service to ensure excellent on-site vehicle assessments and repairs
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to communicate effectively with clients and address their concerns
• Ability to adhere to maintenance standards and prioritize safety in all tasks
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of automotive systems
• Relevant certifications or technical training in automotive repair preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
