Job Description
Structural Tower ClimberWe are looking for an experienced Structural Tower Climber to join our team. This position involves structural modifications and repairs on telecommunications towers, including monopoles, self-support, and guyed towers.
Responsibilities- Perform structural tower modifications and repairs
- Install steel, reinforcement plates, mounts, bracing, and hardware
- Drilling, bolting, cutting, grinding, and basic rigging
- Read and follow structural drawings
- Work safely at heights using proper fall protection and PPE
- Tower climbing/structural modification experience preferred
- Comfortable working at heights
- Basic rigging and construction experience
- Ability to travel and stay out of town as required
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Tower climbing/rescue and First Aid/CPR certifications preferred but not required
- Welding Certification is a plus
