Front End Web Designer

A design-meets-development role building responsive website pages at Coco Design in Pensacola, Florida.

Coco Design welcomes applications from front end web designers to keep on file for future opportunities. When a position opens, we review submissions already on hand before posting publicly.

Front end web designers at Coco Design turn approved design concepts into working website pages. The role sits between design and development: you take a visual direction and build clean, responsive page layouts that match it, working alongside our designers and developers through launch.

• Collaborating with designers to refine layouts, typography, and imagery for the web
• Working with developers to integrate front end code into content management systems and custom applications
• Applying web accessibility best practices so sites work for every visitor
• Updating and maintaining existing client websites

• Professional experience with a strong background in the web development industry
• A portfolio of launched website work you can walk us through
• An eye for design detail — spacing, typography, and consistency matter here
• Clear communication with both clients and teammates
