Overview
The Overnight Member Services Representative role at Fitness Ventures, LLC (Crunch Fitness) is the first and last interaction our members have at our facilities and the face of our operation. The OMSR handles preliminary guest questions and concerns and helps maintain a fun and supportive atmosphere for our members.
Responsibilities- Greet members and guests and serve as the face of the facility.
