Warehouse Supervisor

This position involves supervising daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, selection, loading, and storage. The supervisor assigns tasks, ensures productivity, accuracy, safety, and excellent customer service, and trains associates as needed.

• Oversee warehouse activities within assigned areas, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
• Schedule and assign work to maintain productivity, accuracy, and safety standards.
• Maintain warehouse KPI reports and ensure a safe, clean, secure environment.
• Lead safety initiatives, equipment maintenance, and incident reporting.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate updates to staff.
• Manage staffing, training, performance, and career development of associates.
• Assist with labor agreement administration and support department goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Preferred three years of warehouse distribution experience and one year of supervisory or lead experience.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to multitask, work flexibly, and proficiently use MS Office and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform warehouse tasks, with accommodations as needed.

The role requires frequent movement, lifting, and exposure to warehouse conditions, including temperature changes and noise. Must be able to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, and travel as needed.
