Finishing Manager
This role involves managing snagging activities for new-build housing and overseeing subcontract trades on site.
Responsibilities- Snag new build houses to prepare for completion.
- Oversee subcontract trades on site.
- Provide hands‑on assistance with snagging duties as needed.
- Maintain a roll‑your‑sleeves‑up approach to tool use and tasks.
- SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
- CSCS card.
- First aid certificate.
- Trades background preferred.
