Key Stage 2 is the engine room of primary education. We are seeking a dedicated KS2 Teacher (Year 3 to Year
6) to join a forward:thinking school team. Whether you are an ECT looking for a structured start or an experienced practitioner specialised in Upper KS2 / SATs preparation, this role offers a platform to deliver high:impact lessons without the burden of silo planning.

As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you are responsible for fostering critical thinking and resilience in students aged 7:11.
- Challenging Curriculum Delivery:
Plan and execute lessons aligned with the National Curriculum, with a focus on narrowing attainment gaps in Literacy and Numeracy. - Data:
Informed Instruction:
Use formative assessment and mock data to identify student needs, providing targeted interventions to ensure no child falls behind. - Transition Leadership:
Support Year 3 students in their move from Infants or guide Year 6 through the emotional and academic journey toward secondary school. - Parental Partnership:
Maintain transparent, professional communication with families to support the holistic academic and social growth of every pupil.
To be considered for this Primary Teaching role, you must meet the following:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS):
Mandatory (ECTs/NQTs are highly encouraged ). - Curriculum Expertise: A strong understanding of the KS2 framework and assessment markers.
- Classroom Management:
The ability to inspire a class of 30+ students while maintaining a focused, high:energy learning environment. - Compliance: A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness ) and a 100 commitment to Safeguarding.
