Our St Teresa’s service supports adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and complex care needs. Working hoursRegistered Nurses work 12‑hour shifts: day shifts from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm, night shifts from 7:30 pm to 8:00 am. Flexible options are available, including full‑time, part‑time and half‑day shifts.
Half‑day shift examples- 7:30 am – 2:00 pm
- 1:30 pm – 8:00 pm
You must be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota. We will work with you to agree a pattern that suits the service and your availability.

Pay enhancement: £1.00 per hour will apply to night work (8 pm Monday to 7 am Friday) and weekend work (8 pm Friday to 7 am Monday). This does not apply to sleep‑ins.
What you’ll do- Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate personalised care plans
- Lead, supervise and support a team of care staff
- Administer and manage medicines safely
- Provide nursing support in line with NMC guidelines and best practice
- Monitor health and wellbeing, responding quickly to any changes
- Support daily living tasks, promoting independence, dignity and choice
- Liaise with families, health professionals and other agencies
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements
Whether you’re newly qualified or have years of experience, you’ll receive full induction, training, and ongoing professional development.

- Experience in disability, residential or complex care nursing (advantageous but not essential)
