For those with previous care experience who are ready for greater responsibility, we'll support you to develop into an Enhanced Healthcare Assistant
, you will have support from your Team Leads, and Care Coordinators to complete safe administration of medication training and basic clinical observations skills, following full training and competencies sign off, you can develop into an enhanced career and help mentor and guide new colleagues as they begin their own careers in care.
