As a Crab Packing Operative, your day-to-day duties will include:

• Packing crab and ice into trays
• Manual handling of trays and products
• Working in a food production environment
• Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards
• Working in a cold and wet environment

• Previous manual work or production experience
• Comfortable working with seafood and the smell of crab
• Able to work in a cold, wet environment
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling
• Reliable with a good work ethic
• Own transport is required due to location

• Previous crab picking experience (highly desirable)
• Food production or seafood processing experience
• Basic English communication skills
