, with strategic oversight of the Emergency Nurse Practitioner (ENP) service across RCHT

Lead the Penzance UTC, support the ENP workforce, drive clinical excellence, patient safety and continuous improvement, lead service development, ensure standards of care and governance, and collaborate with acute, primary care and community partners across Cornwall.

• Provide inspirational and visible leadership at the Penzance UTC
• Oversee and support the ENP workforce across the Trust
• Drive clinical excellence, patient safety, and continuous improvement
• Lead and support teams through service development and transformation
• Ensure the highest standards of care, governance, and workforce wellbeing
• Collaborate with acute, primary care and community partners across Cornwall

Post‑registration qualification in emergency care – for example, ATNC/ATCC/ALS.

Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week.
