Hot Foot is hiring Bilingual Safety Assistants to support EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) operations at a fast‑paced, high‑tech construction site. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals with an interest in construction safety and compliance. You will help enforce safety procedures, participate in daily walkthroughs, and ensure field teams follow client‑mandated safety protocols.

North Phoenix, AZ

Full‑Time | Onsite Only

$25–$30/hr (DOE)

Monday–Friday 7:30 A‑M – 3:30 P‑M

• Support the EHS team in communicating and enforcing safety standards across the site.
• Act as a spotter during critical construction activities to maintain safety visibility.
• Participate in daily safety walks and help facilitate weekly/monthly safety reviews.
• Complete and track daily work permits, including area access and hot work.
• Report field labor counts to the client and maintain daily documentation logs.
• Ensure all safety records, forms, and permits are completed accurately and on time.

• Bilingual in Mandarin/English or Spanish/English required.
• OSHA 30 certification is mandatory.
• Must be physically able to walk throughout the construction site for extended periods.
• Prior experience in construction, safety, or engineering preferred (internships welcome).
• Detail‑oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work fully onsite.
