Spekit is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own outcomes for a portfolio of mid‑market and enterprise accounts. You’ll drive adoption, build champions, and identify expansion opportunities. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to ensure customer feedback shapes our roadmap and go-to-market.
You’ll manage executive relationships, monitor health using data, and collaborate with Sales on expansions. A strong focus on renewal, retention, and ARR growth is essential.
