Family Practice - OB Physician

We are seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician to join our growing Advanced Primary Careteam in Peoria, AZ. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of clinical experience in Family Practice or Med-Peds and a passion for delivering exceptional patient-centered care within an integrated, team-based environment.

This is a 100% on-site position providing comprehensive primary care to adiverse patient population.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $240,000 - $265,000(based on experience)

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Med-Peds.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Current and unrestricted
  
  Arizona medical license.
• Active DEA license and Arizona fingerprint clearance card.
• BLS certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonalabilities and a commitment to teamwork.
• Demonstrated adaptability tovalue-based and integrated care models.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with EMR systems.
• Exceptional patient service and professionalism.
