Weare seeking a dedicated Outpatient Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Peoria, AZ. This full-time position is ideal for individuals passionate about community medicine, offering a 100% outpatient setting with minimal call responsibilities.

• MDor DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completed residency in Family or Internal Medicine accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education
• Board certified or board eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
• Activeand unrestricted medical license to practice in Arizona.
• Current
  
  DEA registration for prescribing controlled substances.
• Prior experience in a family medicine setting preferred.
