Pre-K Teacher Assistant, West Valley, AZ

American Leadership Academy is currently accepting applications for a full-time Pre-K Aide at our Vistancia Elementary located in Peoria, AZ for the academic school year. Candidates must possess, or be willing to obtain, a valid Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card.

• Assist the classroom teacher with lesson planning and implementation.
• Reinforce learning concepts and provide additional assistance as needed.
• Help maintain a positive and orderly environment.
• Help administer tests and assessments; support the teacher in grading assignments and providing feedback.
• Observe and report on student progress, behavior, and engagement.
• Support communication with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and any concerns.
• Help keep the classroom clean and organized, ensuring materials and supplies are readily available.
• Encourage student participation.
• Other duties as assigned.
