Location: Tempe, AZ (transitioning to Peoria, AZ)

An industry leader in advanced manufacturing is seeking a Facilities Architecture Engineer to support the design, construction, and maintenance of a new advanced manufacturing facility. This role requires expertise in civil, structural, and architectural engineering as well as knowledge of cleanroom standards and building code compliance.

• Oversee construction schedules, safety, and compliance for facility development projects.
• Develop and manage maintenance plans, budgets, and vendor estimates for operational buildings.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for building layout changes and renovations.
• Plan and execute cleanroom construction/renovation projects while maintaining operational continuity.
• Assess structural aspects like floor load capacity and vibration requirements for equipment installations.
• Implement mitigation plans for noise, dust, and odors during construction.

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Engineering (with additional experience).
• 5+ years in construction projects; 3+ years in design management.
• Strong knowledge of industry codes, safety regulations, and cleanroom infrastructure.
• Proficient in CAD; able to assess and implement building layout changes.

• Experience in the semiconductor or advanced manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with cleanroom utilities, energy-saving initiatives, and facility optimization.

Initial work in Tempe; role transitions to onsite at Peoria facility. Occasional remote flexibility. Must be able to access confined spaces, elevated areas, and tolerate industrial environments.
