Banner Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Therapy Coordinator to support our inpatient rehabilitation team in Peoria, AZ. The role is full‑time with a competitive hourly salary of $19.00–$28.00 based on experience. The successful candidate will have minimum one year of experience in a medical setting and proficiency in computer skills. Certified BLS is required and completion in the first 90 days of employment is mandatory.

A background in clinic or therapy administration is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Support the therapy department by maintaining operational tools, including the patient schedule, performing audits and assisting with the coordination of the team conference schedule.
  • Work closely with the Therapy Director, Manager or Leads to maintain the staffing calendar and ensure coverage based on scheduling needs.
  • Coordinate assignment of staff to patients consistent with qualifications and treatment teams.
  • Communicate with appropriate hospital personnel regarding patient schedules, conference schedules and related meetings or appointments as requested.
  • Manage schedule requests from therapists in a timely and efficient manner and coordinate with other clinical departments.
  • Respond to requests for information according to established procedures, including requests from patients, other departments and physicians.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a medical setting.
  • Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment.
Preferred Experience
  • Clerical experience.
