• Provide mental health counseling services in an office setting.
• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to determine clients  mental health needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals.
• Provide evidence-based counseling and therapy to clients using various therapeutic modalities.
• Monitor client progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date records to ensure compliance with treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients.
• Participate in regular supervision, staff meetings, and continuing education activities to enhance professional development.

• Master s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience working with individuals across the lifespan (children to geriatric).
• Experience in implementing evidence-based treatments for behavioral health disorders (e.g., anxiety, depression, PTSD).
• State licensure as Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) required.
• Substance Use Disorder or Process Addiction experience preferred.

• Annual compensation: $78,000 - $92,000, depending on experience.
• Annual bonus opportunity: $13,000 - $13,600.
