• Design specific treatment plans based on clients’ individual needs.
• Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

• Must adhere to state licensing laws and regulations.
• Must carry liability insurance.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
• Must be willing to learn other modalities and enhancement protocols. Hand and Stone offers training in all modalities to our team members!

• Arizona Massage License/Certification.
• Current Professional Liability Insurance.

We are an upscale, member-based spa looking for both part-time and full-time massage therapists who are friendly, talented, and dependable and want to work in a professional and busy environment. Our clients receive high-quality, professional massages for relaxation or pain relief. We match clients to therapists based on client needs and have a no seniority policy. Hand & Stone was founded by a physical therapist, and we take great care of our therapists.

Pay is commission-based for services, upgrades and tips. Our therapists earn an average of $40,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on hours worked and services provided.

We are open seven days a week with extended hours for affordability and convenience. There are over 500 locations in the U.S. and Canada, with new locations opening regularly.
