Lead Caregiver (Field Support & Operations) – Senior Helpers West Valley
Location:
West Valley (Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Sun City, Goodyear, Avondale, Buckeye, Vistancia)
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week, Mon-Fri, flexible start time)
Pay: $18.00/hr (base pay; range shown is provided by Senior Helpers. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.)

YourMission
As our Lead Caregiver, you will be the vital link between our office team and our caregivers in the field. You will nurture trusting relationships, ensure seamless care delivery, provide mentorship, and help us maintain our industry-leading standards of service. This is an evolving role with significant opportunity for advancement for the right person.
Key Responsibilities- Field Support & Mentorship:
Act as the first point of contact for caregivers during business hours for schedule changes, client updates, and general support. Conduct scheduled and unscheduled home visits to supervise care and mentor caregivers. - Client Relations:
Complete initial in-home assessments for new/prospective clients and assist with lead follow-up. Build strong relationships with clients and their families. Maintain quality of care by completing periodic client home-visits and maintaining up-to-date care plans. - Team Culture & Training:
Foster a positive, supportive team culture. Assist in developing, implementing, and managing training programs and employee recognition initiatives. - Operational Support:
Utilize your laptop, desktop, and smartphone to communicate robustly with the Branch Manager and Scheduler, providing critical updates on client care and staffing.
- Proven experience as a professional caregiver.
- Reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver s license. Strong proficiency with computers, smartphones, Outlook, and web-based applications.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a heart for mentorship.
- Must be available Monday-Friday during business hours.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
- Leadership or training experience is a significant plus.
- Additional availability/flexibility outside business hours is very desirable.
- Guaranteed 40-Hour Work Week:
