Clinician – Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) — Deer Valley, AZ / Peoria, AZ
We’re seeking a Clinician to provide therapy and support in our IOP, helping clients with substance use, PTSD, re-entry, and co-occurring conditions achieve recovery and independence.
Responsibilities- Lead IOP group & individual sessions
- Create treatment plans & document in EHR
- Support recovery goals & community reintegration
- Collaborate with therapists, families & care teams
- Meets BHT requirements (Bachelor’s in behavioral health preferred)
- 1+ year behavioral health or group facilitation exp.
- CPR/First Aid & Crisis De-escalation certs
- Must be 21+ with background, TB & drug/alcohol clearance
