Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

Position Overview

We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team at our campus in Madison, WI, and require relocation to the area with financial relocation assistance. The role involves managing complex litigation and counseling on regulatory, competition, healthcare law and more. You’ll support our ongoing growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets, assisting in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.

Additionally, you’ll forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad. Your level of responsibility will match your skill set and will increase rapidly as you expand your knowledge of our exciting and rapidly changing industry.

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
