Turning Point Action is seeking a highly skilled, motivated individual to join TPAction’s Ballot Chase initiative. Day-to-day responsibilities include daily communication with the ballot chase manager, building inter-community relationships, and encouraging others to send in their ballots. Responsibilities also include building a community network system where chasers identify and monitor low propensity voting habits in a designated territory. The Ballot Chaser works with the Ballot Chase Manager to reach goals, foster relationships, and track data daily.

• Communicate with the ballot chase manager daily

• Collaborate with Ballot Chase Manager to achieve goals and track data

• Field staff, grassroots campaign, or relevant experience
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Familiarity with Google Drive (Docs, Sheets)
• Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
• Willingness to fulfill duties and additional duties
• Unmatched passion for conservative politics
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for dynamic, self-directed work

Chasers are required to have a valid driver license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance when applicable, and are required to pass a background check.
