Job Description- Provide specialized care:
Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes. - Administer medication with expertise:
Take charge of administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and compassion, always ensuring patient comfort and safety. - Thorough documentation:
Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care meticulously, ensuring accurate and comprehensive patient records. - Empower patients and families:
Educate patients and families on the disease process, self‑care techniques, and prevention strategies, fostering understanding and empowerment in managing their health effectively. - Treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies.
- Documents all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses and coordination of care.
- Educates the patient and family regarding the disease process, self‑care techniques, and prevention strategies, and in meeting the patient’s nursing needs.
- Current Arizona Registered Nurse License is required.
- Active Nursing License in good standing.
- Attention to Detail.
- Time Management Skills.
- Effective Problem‑Solving and Conflict Resolution.
- Good Organization and Effective Communication.
- Home Health Experience (preferred).
- Current Arizona Licensed Practical Nurse License is required.
- Active Nursing License in good standing.
