Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Rheumatology

Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and partner with rheumatologists to manage autoimmune and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop and monitor personalized treatment plans, including prescribing medications such as DMARDs and biologics.
- Provide patient education on disease management, collaborate with healthcare professionals, perform joint injections (training provided), and maintain accurate medical records.
- Participate in quality improvement and professional development activities.
- Valid NP or PA license with prescriptive authority.
- Certification (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA) and a background in rheumatology or related fields is a plus, but training is available.
- Strong clinical, communication, and compassionate skills are essential.
