Hotfoot is hiring a Bilingual Construction QC Manager to support and lead quality control operations at an active high‑tech construction site. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a background or interest in engineering, construction, or site quality work. You'll play a key role in ensuring quality compliance by documenting and reviewing inspections, participating in walkthroughs, and supporting overall QA documentation.

Position: Bilingual Construction QC Manager

Location: North Phoenix, AZ

Type: Full-Time Hourly

Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 A–5:00 P

Pay: $100 K–130 K DOE

• Inspect welding joints and related work after construction activities are completed.
• Prepare and maintain QC documentation for internal tracking and client reporting.
• Attend and participate in routine quality walkthroughs and monthly review meetings.
• Support the quality team in reviewing and verifying construction standards are met.
• Ensure all inspections and documentation follow proper project procedures.

• Bilingual proficiency required in Mandarin/English.
• 5+ years of QA/QC experience on the construction site or semiconductor industry.
• Must be physically able to walk through and work on an active construction site.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Experience in engineering or construction sites preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be dependable and able to work primarily onsite.
