You will lead shifts and departments, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly experience for customers. Responsibilities vary by department:

• Guest Service Department Manager: Ensure crew and managers deliver great customer experiences, execute sales promotions, train service staff, and maintain the front counter, McCafé, and drive‑thru areas.
• Kitchen Department Manager: Deliver high‑quality food quickly, maintain food safety, control food cost, and train kitchen staff on production procedures.
• People Department Manager: Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals, and motivate crew throughout their tenure.

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible schedule.
• 18 years or older.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
