Dash Mart is a local‑fulfillment center that offers fast, reliable delivery from a real, brick‑and‑mortar store. We are open early, close late, and some sites run 24/7. Shifts include Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, and Part‑Time.

As a Flex Operations Associate you pick up shifts through our scheduling app. You must stay active by working at least one shift every four weeks, for a minimum of four hours each shift, and keep in touch with the Site Leadership Team.

• Picking and packing orders from the app, handing off to drivers.
• Inventory and spoilage management, stocking receivables and managing shelf life.
• Warehouse organization – keeping the warehouse clean and ordered.
• Delight customers by ensuring substitutions are approved with the customer.

• Reliable, positive, and team‑oriented.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Detail‑oriented and passionate about fresh food quality and safety.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willing to complete a Food Handler’s Certification upon hire.

• Market‑competitive pay; 10 pm‑6 am shifts receive a $2 increase.
• AM/PM/Overnight shifts available.
