No Sales Experience Necessary, we will train you! As a Home Team Outside Sales Representative, you can expect to:

• Proactively engage homeowners in your assigned area through door‑to‑door visits, phone calls, and emails to generate new business opportunities.
• Leverage persuasive communication and consultative selling techniques to influence decision‑making and close sales effectively.
• Build trust and long‑term relationships with homeowners through patience, persistence, and a customer‑first mindset.
• Confidently present and demonstrate the value of Home Team’s products and services, clearly explaining benefits and pricing to both current and prospective customers.
• Drive the sales process to completion, ensuring all agreements and documentation are accurate and comprehensive for a seamless customer experience.
• Stay adaptable and motivated, thinking on your feet and working independently to meet and exceed sales goals.
